1. Our Service

We provide independent consultation and guidance for motorcycles, vehicles, riding gear, and related accessories. Our goal is to help clients make informed purchasing decisions based on our experience and evaluation.

2. Independent Consultant

We do not act as a dealer, broker, agent, or representative of either the buyer or seller. Our role is limited to providing professional advice and recommendations.

3. No Negotiation Services

Our services do not include negotiating prices, terms, or conditions between buyers and sellers. All negotiations and final agreements are solely the responsibility of the buyer and seller.

4. Vehicle Evaluation

Every vehicle evaluation is carried out with due care, attention, and professional judgment based on the information available and the condition of the vehicle at the time of inspection.

While we strive to identify concerns and provide accurate guidance, vehicles are complex machines and certain issues may not be visible or detectable during an inspection.

5. Documentation & Legal Verification

Our services do not include verification of ownership documents, registration papers, insurance records, loan status, legal disputes, or any other documentation.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying all documents and legal aspects of the transaction.

6. Final Purchase Decision

The decision to purchase or not purchase a vehicle remains entirely with the client. Our role is to provide guidance and insights to assist in the decision-making process.

7. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are charged for our professional time, expertise, inspection, and recommendations.

Fees are payable in advance and a consultation slot will only be confirmed after payment is received.

8. Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable.

Once a consultation slot is booked and confirmed, no refund, cancellation, or reimbursement will be provided.

9. Purchase Outcome

Consultation fees are payable regardless of whether the client proceeds with the purchase, chooses another vehicle, or decides not to buy a vehicle at all.

The fee is charged for the consultation service provided and not for the outcome of the transaction.

10. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide accurate and professional advice, we shall not be held responsible for future mechanical failures, hidden defects, misrepresentations by sellers, financial losses, or any issues arising after the purchase of a vehicle.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

12. Package Scope

Each consultation package covers only the services specifically mentioned within that package.

The scope, duration, and number of vehicles, riding gear products, or accessories covered will be limited to the package selected by the client.

13. Vehicle Consultation Limits

Unless otherwise stated in the selected package, a consultation booking applies to one vehicle only.

If a package includes a consultation call, the review will be limited to the vehicle(s) that can reasonably be discussed within the allocated consultation time.

Any additional vehicle evaluations may require a separate booking or additional charges.

14. Consultation Duration

Consultation calls are limited to the duration specified in the selected package.

Any request for additional time may be accommodated subject to availability and additional charges.

15. Inspection Visits

Physical inspections, test rides, or on-site visits are separate services and will be charged according to the applicable package or pricing structure.

A booking for one vehicle inspection does not automatically include additional vehicles.

16. Riding Gear Consultation

Riding gear consultations are limited to the number of products, categories, or recommendations included in the selected package.

Any additional consultations, store visits, product evaluations, or recommendations beyond the package limits may attract additional charges.

17. Additional Services

Any service requested beyond the scope of the selected package, including additional vehicle evaluations, extended consultation time, extra inspections, additional store visits, or supplementary guidance, may be subject to separate charges and scheduling.

 

18. Payment Terms

A 70% advance payment is required to confirm and secure all consultation bookings. The consultation, including any inspection visit or consultation call, will be scheduled and confirmed only after the advance payment has been received. The remaining 30% balance must be paid before we share the final report of consultation done.
